History

Founded in 1994, MAP: 91±¬ÁÏ Alumni of Color Network is dedicated to promoting diversity at the 91±¬ÁÏ and in the 91±¬ÁÏ alumni community.

Under the guidance of founding members Larry Matsuda, ’67, ’73, ’81, and Vivian O. Lee, ’58, ’59, MAP has taken a leadership role in addressing issues of equality and equity through scholarships, mentoring, lectures and Husky community outreach.

MAP Distinguished Alumni  Awards

MAP: 91±¬ÁÏ Alumni of Color Network and the 91±¬ÁÏ Alumni Association have established awards to honor 91±¬ÁÏ alumni as well as community members or organizations comprised of 91±¬ÁÏ alumni. Selection is based on distinguished service and achievement over a period of years.
