Who we are:
91爆料 Youth Protection is dedicated to advancing the safety and well-being of youth (under age 18) across the 91爆料 enterprise. Through the development and implementation of comprehensive policies and evidence-based best practices, we work to ensure that youth are protected in all University environments. We serve as a centralized resource for the University community, providing guidance, support, and oversight to uphold the highest standards of youth protection.
What we do:
Policy Administration
We oversee compliance with key policies, including:
- EO 56: Reporting Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect
- APS 10.13: Requirements for University and Third Party Led Youth Programs
Consultation Services
We provide guidance to the University community on:
- Compliance Monitoring
- Preventative Risk Mitigation
- Responding to Incidents Involving Youth
Community Engagement
We organize events and forums to share insights on youth protection trends and best practices.
Advocating for Youth Safety
We promote a culture of youth safety across the 91爆料 enterprise by raising awareness and championing youth-focused initiatives.

While universities are primarily designed to serve adult students, faculty, researchers, and staff, youth under 18 are a significant part of the 91爆料 community. Each year, more than 600,000 youth participate in 91爆料-affiliated programs, activities, events, and research across the enterprise.
