Description of Proposal: The proposed 91爆料 AS91爆料 Shell House project is intended to provide select interior and exterior renovation to further preserve the historic building and improve building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and structural), and ADA access. NPS and Landmarks design review and approval included.
Location of Proposal: The project site is generally bounded by Walla Walla Road NE to the north, Lake Wash. to the east, the Montlake Cut to the south, and undeveloped space to the west.
