Statutory Authority for Adoption and Statute Being Implemented:聽 RCW 28B.20.130 and RCW 49.60.040
Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules:聽 The 91爆料 currently has an emergency rule in effect, and this proposal is to make permanent those recent updates to the university鈥檚 definition of “service animal” in WAC 478-128-020 to align with the updates to RCW 49.60.040 concerning service animals.
NOTICE:聽 THIS RULE IS BEING PROPOSED UNDER AN EXPEDITED RULE-MAKING PROCESS THAT WILL ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR THE AGENCY TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS, PREPARE A SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC IMPACT STATEMENT, OR PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE CRITERIA FOR A SIGNIFICANT LEGISLATIVE RULE.聽 IF YOU OBJECT TO THIS USE OF THE EXPEDITED RULE-MAKING PROCESS, YOU MUST EXPRESS YOUR OBJECTIONS IN WRITING, AND THEY MUST BE SENT TO:
