Title of Rule and Other Identifying Information:聽 Housekeeping amendments to
various Title 478 WAC rules.
Statutory Authority for Adoption and Statute Being Implemented:聽 RCW 28B.20.130.
Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules:聽 Housekeeping changes to Title 478 WAC rules are intended to keep the University鈥檚 rules accurate and up to date; these include:
- Amendments that 鈥渃larify Language of a rule without changing its effect鈥� are made in WAC 478-04-020, 478-117-310, 478-120-145, 478-132-030, 478-136-030, 478-137-030, 478-138-030, 478-156-016, and 478-160-085.
- Amendments that 鈥渕ake address or name changes鈥� are made in WAC 478-117-005, 478-117-010, 478-117-020, 478-136-015, 478-136-041, 478-136-060, 478-137-010, 478-137-020, 478-137-030, 478-137-050, 478-138-030, 478-140-018, 478-324-130, 478-324-150, 478-324-180, 478-324-190, 478-324-210, 478-355-020, 478-355-030, and 478-355-060.
- Amendments that 鈥渙nly correct typographical errors鈥� are made in WAC 478-120-024, 478-137-010, 478-137-050, 478-324-090, 478-324-190, and 478-324-200.
- Amendments for which 鈥渢he content of the proposed rules is explicitly and specifically dictated by statute鈥� are made in WAC 478-355-010, and 478-355-030.
Note:聽 Some WAC sections contain more than one type of housekeeping change.
