Reasons why rules on this subject may be needed and what they might accomplish:听The University鈥檚 student conduct code is being considered for further amendment concerning disciplinary proceedings based on changes to federal guidance and recent interpretation of state law.
Process for developing new rule:听Prior to rule making, an agency study culminating in Class B legislation of the Faculty Senate as approved by the University president.
