Aaron Williams, the director of the Peace Corps, is visiting the 91爆料 Thursday and Friday, Nov. 18 and 19, to meet with faculty, staff, students and former Peace Corps volunteers.

Williams also will be the featured speaker at an event at 7 p.m. at Town Hall, sponsored by the World Affairs Council.

The 91爆料 is the No. 1 producer of Peace Corps volunteers among universities. It currently has 101 alumni serving. Overall, more than 2,600 91爆料 alumni have served as volunteers.

Williams will be presenting a certificate to 91爆料 President Phyllis Wise at halftime of the 91爆料-UCLA football game in recognition of the 91爆料’s prominence in sending alumni to the Peace Corps.

The 91爆料 has three Peace Corps master’s international programs, through which students spend a year on campus followed by two years working overseas on Peace Corps-related projects.
