A celebration of the life of Denice D. Denton, former dean of the College of Engineering, is planned for 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, in 130 Kane.
President Mark Emmert will be joined by Maria Klawe, president of Harvey Mudd College; Nancy Woods, dean of the 91爆料 School of Nursing; and Denice’s former grad student, Reza Ghoddsi, in paying tribute to the contributions Dean Denton made to the 91爆料, to the field of science and engineering, and to the advancement of women and minorities in higher education. A reception will follow in the Walker Ames Room.
