Tuesday, Oct. 9, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., second floor of the HUB, across from the information booth. Participate in flexibility screenings to improve your conditioning program. Learn correct ergonomics (positions) when sitting at your computer.
Tuesday, Oct. 16, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., 91爆料MC-Roosevelt main lobby. Have a postural assessment, receive body mechanics information, or body composition testing. Learn about computer workstation information and positioning, as well as an introduction to the PT profession.
Tuesday, Oct. 23, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., 91爆料MC Rehabilitation Therapy Department, 8-East. There will be body composition screenings with exercise information on how to increase lean muscle mass. Also, learn about common overuse injuries and prevention programs.
