Am I required to make content posted by someone else accessible?

If content meets the follow criteria, it is third party content and is not required to meet with WCAG 2.1 AA.

1. If It was posted by a third party on a 91爆料 website or mobile app; and
2. It was not posted due to contractual, licensing, or other arrangements with the 91爆料

Note: You may still have to provide web content in an accessible format if an individual requests it. See the .

Examples

• A message that a member of the public posts on a University鈥檚 online message board is not required to be accessible
• Content posted on a 91爆料 website posted by a contracted consultant must聽be accessible
• A social media post created by a marketing firm contracted to post content for an initiative campaign must be accessible
• A website created by a web designer hired by a 91爆料 department must be accessible
