The Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA) requires that all meetings of the governing bodies of a public agency and any committees of such governing bodies of a public agency and any committees of such governing bodies shall be open and public with certain limited exceptions.
Notifications of meeting held by the university that are subject to the OPMA are provided to the Office of the Code Reviser as required by law.
