Just after 3:00am Eastern, the Senate the two-year budget deal that the House agreed to on Wednesday without changes.聽With the deal headed to Obama鈥檚 desk 鈥� where he鈥檚 expected to sign it 鈥� lawmakers will now turn their attention to passing either 12 individual spending bills or one large omnibus bill.
