Voters in Washington state passed Initiative 200 (I-200) in 1998, prohibiting government entities such as the 91爆料 from granting 鈥減referential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in the operation of public employment, public education, or public contracting.鈥� Many of the policies that were drafted at the 91爆料 following I-200 remain active, working policies for the 91爆料 today.
