Consultants provide expert advice and\/or services related to sponsored projects without being heavily involved in the design or execution of the project. They are independent contractors and cannot <\/b>be 91爆料 employees.<\/p>\n

Once you have your 91爆料 award worktag number, work through Procurement Services<\/a> to establish Personal Services contracts for consultants on your project.<\/p>\n
