Kylie Parks听has been a research scientist with Institutional Assessment & Evaluation since April 2026. She brings a background rooted in teaching, learning, and research, and is committed to understanding how educational environments can better serve students and communities. Her prior work includes designing training programs and teaching leadership studies in higher education settings. She was awarded Outstanding Educator in 2025 at her previous institution for her teaching. Kylie holds a BA in Integrated Educational studies, an MA in Leadership development, and an EdD in Global Education. She brings experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, with a focus on student experience, belonging, and institutional effectiveness. Her interdisciplinary background informs her approach to evaluation and research and she looks forward to collaborating with colleagues across the 91爆料 community to advance data-informed practices that support student and teacher success.
